Your purchase on our website is highly valued and appreciated by moltresinnovations
Refunds are only issued if attending classes becomes impossible, even after the fees have been paid.
If you do not experience the significant value you anticipated in our product and wish to withdraw within the first 7 days of enrolling in the course, we will promptly issue a refund.
Nevertheless, attending for more than 7 days disqualifies you from being eligible for any refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10-20 business working days after moltresinnovations approves the refund request, with applicable taxes deducted.
- Send an email to info@moltres-innovations.com with the subject "Online Course Refund / Offline Course Refund" to initiate the refund process.
- Feel free to request a refund.
- Please make sure that the email is received within the next 7 days of batch start date.
Providing a refund within 7 days without any questions asked.
Batch Change:
You have the flexibility to request a change of batch for the workshop at any time before it begins. There is no extra charge, and we will gladly reschedule your participation to a later date that suits your convenience
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of the training institute canceling an event, a complete refund of 100% will be provided to the delegate
